Why do I, James Reesor, want to be Governor of Tennessee?
Well, Deborah, unlike most persons with this particular goal, it is not prestige, a need to excel among my peers, a chance to make lucrative deals with special interest groups, or a way to earn a living to qualify for a government pension.
My focus as a candidate is to challenge the thinking of people in hope of opening minds to new ideas. If elected, I would then use the power inherent in the office of governor to implement those ideas that are found on my web sites - www.JamesReesor.com
A few objectives include formation of a new state-of-mind nation... reduction in the size of state government by 30-50 percent during a seven-year transition... merging existing departments to improve efficiency... lower taxes... create a mind formation system to enable superior educational processes... do whatever is necessary to eliminate criminal behavior... try to utilize resources to secure modest lifestyles for all people in need of shelter, food, health care and all of those things that contribute to human dignity... while emphasizing servitude and humility rather than arrogantly using power for selfish reasons.
Obviously, it would take a miracle for me to win this election! Asking people to visit my web site and join me on Facebook is one way to start word-of-mouth advertising.

Bayron, I welcome your input as we join all the others who believe in themselves sufficiently to compete for the responsibility of serving the people of our
state. Most candidates, such as yourself, are probably much more qualified than I, but maybe a few of my ideas will inspire you to greater heights in your
endeavors?
One person will ultimately be chosen to accept the burdens required to manage people and problems efficiently once elected. As you are aware, two-party candidates have a system in place that makes it extremely difficult for outsiders to be taken seriously by the media... or the voters.
Possibly your religious faith and your credentials as a graduate of David Lipscomb will be an advantage among Church of Christ voters, but the majority will probably like me better because I am better looking. :) (The two dots and curved line is a smile)
Regardless of the reasons for your ambitions in life, if being the next governor is your desire. "Independents" are often accused of stealing votes from Democrats and Republicans... or if there are enough of us getting enough votes, we cancel each other out in the long run.
Meanwhile, let's be friends on Facebook, on the campaign trail, and in Amerijericho if my new state-of-mind nation becomes a reality.

We can be friends anywhere. Our campaign will not dwell on individual candidates and their stand on issues. It will be on our vision for the
State and focused on our business plan of rebuilding and in some cases building the Quality of Life. Democrats and Republicans are too busy playing the game of

I like your energetic enthusiasm, Kristi. My candidacy is for real... but not like most people would expect. Being a poor-man with
nothing but a few ideas to offer voters, I won't be getting media attention like Democrats and Republicans.
If you decide you like some of the things I will be saying on Facebook or on my web sites, please share links with friends. On the other hand, if you think my ideas are wrong and need to be corrected... places give me your suggestions.
Getting elected would take a miracle. Being Governor of Tennesse would only be a chance to "serve" people not try to "dominate" like the government has been doing most of our lives.

die to hear you sing Folsom Prison Blues. If that, infact, was your voice on the narration. Loved how it ended when that waiter turned you away for NO
