The Proposed 17 September 2009 Constitution
of the United States of Amerijericho


We the People of the United States of Amerijericho, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution of the United States of Amerijericho.

Article I

Section 1. All Powers herein granted shall be vested in the Spiritual Kingdom of God under the leadership of Lord Jesus Christ, and shall be assisted by Amerijericho Members functioning as Advisory Council Advocates in representation of established communities.

Section 2. Advisory Council Advocates shall be composed of resident Members of Amerijericho.

No Person shall be a Advisory Council Advocate who shall not have attained Amerijericho membership, and shall not have chosen obedience to philosophical principles as defined by the teachings of Christ.

Advocates favoring membership fees as opposed to traditional taxation shall make their desires known among the designated eleven American States classified as Amerijericho States, according to the desires of their respective populations. The annual Enumeration to Amerijericho coffers shall be made within ninety days prior to annual expiration dates, in such Manner as majority Advocates shall agree.

Section 3. The Advisory Council for the United States of Amerijericho shall be composed of seven or more Advocates from each community within each State, voluntarily serving as communication conduits to document opinions regarding all matters under consideration.

No Person shall be restricted from assuming the role of an Advocate because of age, gender, race, color, creed, bodily proportions, physical attributes, national origin, family history, religious beliefs, political ideas, education, societal idealism, or visionary prognostications.

Amerijericho Members shall always strive to remain cognizant of Christ-based knowledge required to guide us in state-of-mind manifestations to properly reveal the intent of our nation, and refrain from disputing the authority of the United States of America or any other governmental entity while in the pursuit of happiness. We shall remain within the jurisprudence of all benefactors as a nation within nations on this planet, not conforming to established laws that are in conflict with God's Laws while going about doing whatever possible to disengage from wicked entanglements that we believe to be detrimental to a uncompromising Spiritual relationship with our Almighty Leader.

Section 4. The Times, Places and Manner of maintaining Amerijericho communications will be determined by Advisory Council Advocates.

Section 5. Each community shall be the Judge over how lifestyles are refined or enhanced by Christian principles. Our philosophical ideals must be applied in practical ways to assure morality, equity and equality for every individual regardless of majority preference.

Advocates will formulate all Rules for their respective communities, and remain consistently opposed to any form of unruly rebellion.

Advocates will keep a Journal of Rule revisions, and from time to time publicly share the same publicly without favoritism or secrecy.

Section 6. Advisory Council Advocates shall receive no Compensation for Services rendered other than actual operational expenses. They shall in all Cases, except Rebellion against the Spiritual and natural Laws of God, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Correction during their Attendance to duties, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate, they shall not be questioned or shown disrespect by any person in any Place.

Section 7. Proposals for raising or lowering Amerijericho membership fees shall originate in the Advisory Council. At no time shall the wealth, poverty, mental state, various human classifications or resources of residents be a factor in making fee determinations.

Amerijericho Free Barter Markets will be designed to assure honesty and fairness for participating Members. A Credit System will be devised to enable competent accounting during transactions in a way that makes trading of goods and services an efficient marketplace experience.

Every idea which shall have passed through serious consideration by Advocates, shall, before it becomes a Rule, be presented to Lord Jesus Christ by all concerned during private prayers while fasting; if He should approve, Advocates will sense His confirmation by their feelings of harmony with Him. If disapproval becomes evident when contention prevails, Advocates will presume that the lack of peace means their proposition has been overruled. If any idea shall not be confirmed by Christ by a Majority consensus, it shall be set aside for refinement at a later date without making Rule changes.

Section 8. The Advisory Council shall have Power To collect Member fees, and provide for the general Welfare of Amerijericho communities; To regulate Free Barter Markets; To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by implementing universal methods to enable Authors and Inventors the Right to originate respective Writings and Discoveries; To make Rules concerning Environment, Land, Minerals and Water; To make Rules to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions; To exercise Authority over all Places and Resources for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution.

Section 9. The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Advisory Council after the Year two thousand and ten, but an annual membership fee will be requested on such Importation, not set lower than the equivalent of twelve dollars for each Person.

The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

No Rule or ex post facto Rule shall be unfairly imposed.

No Preference shall be given to any Amerijericho Free Barter Market Member interaction to favor one person over another: nor shall goods or services bound to, or from, one community or state, be obliged to enter, clear or pay any form of compensation other than agreed upon Credits for transportation, storage or management.

No Money or tangible assets shall be drawn from the Advisory Council Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Rules; and a regular Statement and Account of Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.

No Title of Nobility, position of Authority, Honorarium, or Power shall be granted to any Member by the United States of Amerijericho: And no Person holding influence or Trust in a community, shall, without Official Consent of Lord Jesus Christ, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any person, group or other entity.

Section 10. No Amerijericho State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; negotiate or emit promissory notes; make gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Agreements, take any action to divert value of established Credits, or grant any Title of Nobility.

No Amerijericho State shall, without the majority Consent of their respective Advisory Council Advocates, lay any Imposts or Duties on Imports or Exports: impede free movement when performing inspection of Goods and Services, attempt to regulate the Imports or Exports of any State, and shall not seek to possess Credits for the Use of the Treasury; and all accepted Rules shall be subject only to the Revision and Control of the Advisory Council upon Majority consensus.

No Amerijericho State shall lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in hostility with the United States of America, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay for defensive purposes.

Article II

Section 1. The Power of the United States of Amerijericho shall be eternally and exclusively vested in Lord Jesus Christ. He shall hold power over every aspect of our communities and over all nations on Planet Earth from His Throne in Jerusalem: In anticipation of His Holy leadership, we encourage obedience to His teachings by each Advocate and each community Member in each State.

No Person except a member within the Body of Christ, and a Member of Amerijericho, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to become an Advocate in the Advisory Council.

In Case of the departure of a particular Advocate at any given time, the Same responsibility shall devolve, voluntarily, on one of the remaining community members formerly being represented.

Lord Jesus Christ shall, at stated Times, receive prayers, various forms of worship, recognition as the Almighty Authority, requests for specific guidance, and praise for the goodness of Life He generously provides.

Section 2. Lord Jesus Christ shall be the Ultimate Decision Maker, and He alone shall have the exclusive Power to grant Pardons for Offenses of one Member against another Member, or rebellion against Himself, the Holy Spirit and the Father Creator Jehovah God.

God shall retain the exclusive Power to bestow talents to benefit Souls, impart knowledge, create natural resources, control the weather, inspire chosen individuals to invent new gadgets, preserve tranquility, provide reasons for happiness, fill hearts with Love, Truth, Beauty, and keep Members from getting bored while experiencing eternal Life.

Section 3. Lord Jesus Christ shall from time to time give Advisory Council Advocates Information about planetary and universal changes, and recommend ways to refine or expand this Constitution as He shall judge necessary and expedient; He may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene international communication events as He shall deem proper; He shall receive community Advocates into His presence when desired; He shall take Care that all Rules established be faithfully executed, and shall appoint whom He will to share authority in His Heavenly Domain.

Section 4. Advocates of the United States of Amerijericho, shall make every attempt to avoid toleration of words or deeds that would promote degradation of Souls, never allow acts of rebellion against the Laws of God, refrain from encouraging treasonous behavior, be diligent in the eradication of any form of bribery, and always work to prevent all manner of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Article III

Section 1. The exclusive Power of the United States of Amerijericho shall be vested in Lord Jesus Christ. Advisory Council Advocates and all Members will remain subservient to Him.

Section 2. The exclusive Power shall extend, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Rules as accepted by Advocates, or which shall be made, under their Authority;--to all matters affecting the daily activities of Members;--to Controversies to which the United States of Amerijericho shall be a Party;--to Controversies between two or more States;--between a State and Members of another State;--between Members of different States;--between Members of the same State making claims on Environment, Land, Minerals, and Water under Agreements of different States, and between a State, or the Members thereof, and foreign nations, Citizens or Subjects.

In all Cases affecting anyone which a Member or State shall be Party, Advisory Council Advocates shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the Cases before mentioned, both as to Law and Fact, without Exceptions, and under such Rules as were made. The Trial of all Crimes, shall be by those offended; and such Trial shall be held in the Community where the said Crimes shall have been committed; the Trial shall be at such a Place as the Advocates may by majority approval have directed.

Section 3. Treason against the United States of Amerijericho, shall consist only in displaying open hostility against God, or in adhering to His Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be Tried for Treason unless on the Testimony of Three or more Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on public Confession.

The Advisory Council Advocates Majority shall have Authority to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no punishment shall include destruction of Life, deprivation of Freedom, forfeiture of possessions, or continued occupation of States designated as Amerijericho.

Article IV

Section 1. Full Faith and Consideration shall be given in each State to the Rules, Credits, and Trial Proceedings of every other State. And the respective Advisory Council Advocates may by Majority approval prescribe the Manner in which such Rules, Credits, and Trial Proceedings shall be considered, and the Effect thereof.

Section 2. The Members of each Community shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Members in all other Communities of the United States of Amerijericho.

A Member charged in any State with Treason, other act against God, any form of Transgression against another Member, Destruction of Property, or any Threat against the Peace who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of Majority Advocates of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction in matters related to the alleged criminal act.

No Member held to Service or Labor agreements based on a Credit transfer in one State, under the Rules thereof, escaping into another, shall, in Consequence of any Rule or Agreement therein, be discharged from such Service or Labor, but shall be delivered up on Claim of the Offended Party to whom such Service or Labor may remain due.

Section 3. New States may not be admitted to the United States of Amerijericho by Advocates or Members; no new States shall be formed or erected within the Environment, Land or Water area of the designated eleven States; nor can any new State be formed by Advocates or Members, or Parts of States, in any other location on Planet Earth without the Desire and Consent of Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord Jesus Christ has the exclusive Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the use of Territory or other Property belonging to Amerijericho; and no Rules made by Advisory Council Advocates shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of any particular State of Amerijericho, or of any other nation.

Section 4. The United States of Amerijericho shall guarantee to each Member in all communities the right to question the validity of Rules, and shall protect each of them against Public Humiliation, any form of Persecution, Deprivation of Freedom, Invasion of Property; and any violence during Application of the Rules.

Article V

Amerijericho Advisory Council Advocates shall have the authority to propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Advocates of the eleven States, shall call a Meeting for proposing new Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by a Majority of the Advocates of the eleven several States.

Article VI

All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be valid against Members of the United States of Amerijericho under this Constitution, as under the Laws regulating their obligations within nations of origin.

This Constitution, and the Rules of the United States of Amerijericho which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Agreements made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of Amerijericho, shall be the valid standard of the States; and the Advocates in every State shall be bound thereby, anything in this Constitution or Rules of any State to the Contrary notwith-standing.

The Advocates before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Advisory Councils, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test, attainment of Knowledge, Social Status, or classification other than respect and subservience to God shall ever be required as a Qualification to become a Member or Advocate under the Rules established for the United States of Amerijericho.

Article VII

Ratification of this Constitution will be sufficient for the Establishment of an original state-of-mind nation composed of the eleven American states known as Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Kentucky. This Constitution will be signed in Music City USA by the Unanimous Consent of eleven State Advocates on the seventeenth day of September in the Year of our Lord Two thousand and eleven, in honor of the highly esteemed founders of the United States of America, we are dedicated to the eternal preservation of their Wisdom, Independence, Courage, and Faith in God for the United States of Amerijericho, whereof we shall now hereunto subscribe our Names,
