AMERIJERICHOISM
Persons who choose to be a Christian often do so for reasons that are not Biblical. Those who oppose the ideas taught by Christ often do so for reasons that can be described as evil. Because of confusion coming out of deception and ignorance, explaining the principles of "Amerijerichoism" is difficult in a world where serious scholars are seldom found.
This condensed version of what should be a huge book is being provided only to inspire debate among potential members of my proposed new state-of-mind nation. Any person who is willing to forsake the wicked ways of existing world systems, repent to God for mistakes made, accept "Jesus" to experience an instant - Spiritual - transformation, attempt to think and behave in ways that conform with Truth, Love, Beauty, Life, Charity and Harmony will begin experiencing Heaven on Earth.
God is Truth; Truth is Love; Love is Beauty. In other words, all goodness originates with God.
Redemption and restoration of a human soul is not possible without "faith" - as described in the Holy Writings. People who rely on their own knowledge, logic or reasoning from a carnal perspective will not be able to relate to Amerijericho concepts. It takes Holy Spirit guidance to see through manmade smoke screens. Unfortunately, many professing Christians have had their minds corrupted by false doctrines and lust of the flesh.
None of us are perfect, but some of us are striving to overcome weaknesses that hold us back from growing spiritually. We want to be honest with everyone, but some people would rather play mind games to hide from reality. We want to love people, but many people reject true love. We want to keep our minds and hearts centered on positive, happy things, but we are constantly being bombarded by evil forces. We want modest lifestyles that assures humble attitudes, appreciation for humor, family loyalty, community unity, a sharing of resources, compassion for needy friends, opportunities for creativity in the production of goods, provision of skilled services and trust in God.
When we imagine that Lord Jesus Christ is already on a throne in Jerusalem, it is not difficult to imagine what we should be doing as members of Amerijericho. If this planet was already inhabited and dominated by His faithful followers, the "Body of Christ" would not be divided, debating and hating as it has been doing for centuries. There would be no need for competitive, manmade traditions that define religious organizations.
When I think of how we need to serve our Lord, to me it should be done with all of our hearts in everything we do. There should be no separation between God and us; we should be One.
Planet Earth is my church and Life is my religion!
Specificity in how we view Amerijerichoism might need to be done to clarity a few things: Tolerance of "sinners" is not the same as acceptance of evil thoughts or behavior. We make a distinction between "spirits" that occupy human bodies. Liars, fornicators, adulterers, thieves, and all others who rebel against the Laws of God, will not be ridiculed, ostracized, condemned or made to feel unwelcome, but we do expect respect from them when we share opinions. We will not allow our children to be unduly influenced or corrupted by those who lack "faith" in God or who have no desire to "purify" their lifestyles. Acceptance of "sin" as a way of life is a sin within itself.
The reason for creating Amerijericho is to make the avoidance of evil easier; "degenerates" need love - not hate! When laws are passed to condone and protect evil, Christians have no other option than to disengage from those who oppress us. It would be better to be dead and in Heaven than alive in America or any other nation where wicked people dominate!
