Unfortunately, those who are now unable to feed themselves sufficiently will be experiencing starvation and death in greater numbers. We will be witnessing more floods, more drought, more pestilence and more increases in food prices and famine in the future. Today, December 21, 2008, we are attempting to cope with a global financial crisis. Most people still have access to food in one form or another, but it is fast becoming a treasure that will become increasingly more difficult to possess. Since I am a man without honor, my words are not considered important enough to take seriously yet I cannot restrain myself from expressing "ideas" that are not easily understood. If you are one of the few who stumbled upon this message, please try your best to maintain an open mind as you contemplate what I am attempting to communicate to people of all nations. You and every person alive needs food for the body and food for the soul; you might survive for 120 years if your body is fed properly, but the length of survival for well fed souls has no limit. Striving to survive eternally seems much more intelligent to me than merely struggling to stay alive for a few years! What are you storing up for yourself during these days of high food prices? Are you concerned more for the needs of the body or the needs of the soul? Is your pantry filled with cans of food or are you filling your soul with Words from God? We humans need food for the soul more than food for the body! Hungry people attempt to satisfy their appetites by filling empty stomachs with food. It is normal to instinctively crave whatever it takes to fill ourselves with food needed to keep on living. This need to satisfy an urge to eat causes poor, unemployed people to do whatever is necessary - including robbery or murder - when hunger overrules common sense. Only a child of God is strong enough to starve and die if necessary rather than attempt to save their body from death - knowing a soul at peace with God is more desirable.
